Before your 1st appointment, we will ask about your dental insurance. This allows us to verify your estimated coverage and give you estimated out-of-pocket costs for any service.

If you do not see your insurance carrier here, don't worry! We work with all dental PPO insurances to allow you to use your dental benefits at the office. Feel free to reach out for more details.
PDG Membership
No Insurance? No problem! We now offer in-house dental membership plans. With an annual fee of $350, you will receive 2 dental exams, 2 dental cleanings, and all necessary 2D radiographs. As a member, you are also eligible to save 20-40% off our office’s usual customary and reasonable (UCR) fees. This is an annual reduced fee dental plan that allows you to receive quality dental care at a discount. There is no deductible, no frequency limitations, or downgrades. This plan may not be combined with any other promotions or insurance discount plan.
