PDG MembershipNo Insurance? No problem! We now offer in-house dental membership plans. With an annual fee of $350, you will receive 2 dental exams, 2 dental cleanings, and all necessary 2D radiographs. As a member, you are also eligible to save 20-40% off our office’s usual customary and reasonable (UCR) fees. This is an annual reduced fee dental plan that allows you to receive quality dental care at a discount. There is no deductible, no frequency limitations, or downgrades. This plan may not be combined with any other promotions or insurance discount plan.
New Patient SpecialFor all new patients’ 1st time visit, we recommend a comprehensive exam, full mouth series of x-rays, and a dental cleaning. This is all included at a discounted fee of $185. Ask about our PDG membership plan and save more!
Referral ProgramReturning patients ask about our Referral Program! The best compliment you could give our office is a referral. Give your friend our referral card and both you and your friend will receive a $15 credit for future dental treatment. Your friend must be a new patient to be eligible for the credit, credits are applied to the accounts at new patient registration and appointment.
